Apartment in luxury villa in Baveno with enchanting lake view. The apartment is divided over two floors. The entrance leads to the living room, with TV, sofa and kitchen, equipped with all quality amenities. The living room leads to the outdoor terrace with private seasonal hot tub, outdoor dining area and barbecue. It is framed by a suggestive view of the islands and Lake Maggiore. On the same floor there is the first bathroom with shower and the first double bedroom. Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, consisting of a double bedroom with single bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Guests have their own private parking outside the house. The outdoor swimming pool is shared, accessible to guests from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00. The swimming pool is seasonal, the opening period is from 15/05 to 15/09. Access to the swimming pool is prohibited for pets. The hot tub is seasonal, the opening period is from 01/05 to 01/10.
