Precautions. For a Safe Holiday. In this particular period, we pay particular attention to cleaning the apartment to allow our guests to spend a peaceful holiday without any worries. In fact, we sanitize all spaces and everything that is used by our guests such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, remote controls, fridge, towels ... All this with high-temperature water and alcohol-based disinfectan t. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests and during their stay, they will have no contact with anyone because the apartment is inside a private property which they can access independently. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The apartment is perfect for two people but can also be used by four people consists of a kitchen with sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom with a smart tv(Netflix included), a bathroom with a bath and a shower and a broom closet with washing machine, garden with barbecue and a parking space inside the property. A parking space in the garage is available on request. The apartment is located in a hilly zone l a 5-minute walk from the centre of Maderno.
Mi rilasso leggendo un buon libro o curando il mio giardino. Abito nella casa a fianco l'appartamento che affitto, cerco di non disturbare i miei ospiti ma sono disponibile in caso di richieste o necessità.
L'appartamento è situato in prima collina, a 1,5 km dal centro raggiungibile anche a piedi in dieci minuti, tramite una stradina un po' ripida ma molto panoramica. Per chi invece preferisce l'auto a Maderno ci sono molti parcheggi per raggiungere le spiagge o i negozi, ci sono 3 Supermarket aperti ad orario continuato.
