Emmebi Holidays works to create unforgettable holidays on Lake Como. Our main goal is looking for customer's satisfaction. Cleanliness, hospitality and attention to detail are our strong points. Our team is divided in host team and construction team; Rosy and Stefano are working for holidays rental and Matteo and Marco are working for construction. The apartments are all owned by the family. The construction company has more than 45 years experience in this sector. The building of each apartment has been followed in every small detail.

Property information

The "Antico Torchio" used to be the place where ancient local farmers brought grapes for pressing after the harvest. Today this place has been completely renovated. The building encloses a courtyard and enjoys the large garden which gives that touch of nature and oxygen essential to make your holiday on Lake Como unforgettable. The property offers apartments of different sizes on 3 floors with sunny exposure. The garden features a relaxation area with a barbecue equipped for outdoor dining. It is also possible to make free use of parking, bicycles and fitness gym on site.

Neighbourhood information

The Residence is located very close to the town centre and in just 10 minutes by walk you can reach the lake and the beaches for lake activities. Its strategic position is logistically very convenient for those who want to travel the intermediate stages of the 'Wayfarer's Path' (centre of the lake) and, taking advantage of a simple extension of the stay, visit the historical and cultural places of the surrounding area, such as the village of Corenno Plinio, the horrid of Bellano, the abbey of Piona and many others points of interest. Lake Como and Valtellina are renowned for their food and wine specialties. Varenna is 7km far from Dervio and from there you can reach others famous destinations of Lake Como such as Bellagio and Menaggio with ferry boats. Lugano-Switzerland is 40 km far from our residence.
