Surrounded by meadows and forests in the small village of La Villa, in the middle of the Dolomites, you will find our family-run flat house Ciasa Giardun. A little paradise on earth, your ideal retreat, where every look falls on the magnificent mountain world. Look forward to elegant Alpine-style accommodation, soothing moments in the well-tended garden, terrace or in our small spa area, and adventurous experiences in the immediate vicinity. The Residence Ciasa Giardun is situated only 100 m from the Gardenaccia ski lift station and the nearest bus stop. The centre of La Villa is only a 5-minute walk away, and you will find free private parking directly in front of the house, as well as 10 garage spaces for a fee. We are also in close contact with local active providers for your next experience in the mountains. Have your e-bike brought right up to the front door and discover the mountain world and hiking trails in an adventurous way.
In the evening or on quiet days, you can retreat to the small, communal relaxation area with free sauna, an infrared cabin and a hammam. You can also make yourself comfortable in the well-kept garden and on the terrace equipped with garden furniture. When browsing the surrounding area, we will be happy to support you with tips and recommendations. For a shopping tour in selected shops of San Cassiano you can take advantage of exclusive discounts. Intimate, comfortable and familiar. Feel at home in our flats with comfortable furnishings and simple, stylish decor, we will take care of you. Daily cleaning (except Sundays and public holidays) is included in the price. In your own bathroom you will find a hairdryer, towels, towel warmer, bathrobes and slippers. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing-up liquid, coffee maker, mocha, kitchen towels as well as table linen. And we also have bowls and blankets ready for your four-legged friend.
