Situated at the entrance to Porto Rotondo, 2 km from the famous piazzetta, the residence is located in a scenic and quiet area only 500 metres from the sea and the sandy beach ‘La Caletta’. Located in one of the most prestigious areas of Sardinia, it is an ideal destination for those who want to combine entertainment and relaxation with their holiday. Just 2 km from the famous Ira beach and Golfo di Marinella. Flats: equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning (included in the service package), WIFI, kitchenette with four burners, oven and fridge with freezer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board (on request), rooms with low beds, covered patio or balcony or covered veranda and garden, furnished with table and chairs. INCLUDED: on-site assistance, flat-rate consumption, air conditioning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the client before check-out), satellite TV in the flat, free wifi in the flat and common areas, use of the equipped swimming pool, use of the barbecue and covered parking space.
