Independent villa, with breathtaking views of Mount Marsicano, on two levels. Terrace, large living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Services: Wi-Fi, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, independent heating, hairdryer, TV. Wood for the fireplace can be purchased directly from the caretaker at the price of euro thirteen per wheelbarrow. The house is inside a Residence, which has a large garden, barbecue area, tennis court, games room and covered parking spaces. The concierge is available 24 hours a day. Being in the heart of the Abruzzo National Park, it is not necessary to take the car for hiking in the mountains. 900 m from the centre of Pescasseroli and 3.5 km from the ski slopes.
We hope you find yourself so well in our structure that your stay in the heart of the National Park will become a pleasant habit for you to repeat every year!
Bears, wolves, chamois, deer, roe deer and eagles are undisputed symbols of a wild and uncontaminated nature that the beeches of the Park (UNESCO World Heritage) guard and protect. Meeting them in their environments, following a stalking or fortuitous sighting, is always a strong emotion that arouses admiration and wonder. The charming village of Pescasseroli is a 10-minute walk away and is full of attractions for tourists of all ages.
