The apartments, recently built, are furnished in typical Sardinian style and arranged on four levels (ground, first, second and third). The property is located about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Orosei and a few steps from the center of Orosei (about 800 meters). reception office c/o Hotel Baia Marina in via Del Mare 112, (about 50 meters) Property services: • independent entrance • unattended parking Apartment services: • air conditioning • TV • washing machine • bathroom with shower • equipped kitchenette (gas or electric) • oven • refrigerator • Wi-Fi (partial use) The rates include: energy consumption (electricity, water and gas), first supply of bed linen and towels (change of linen every 7 nights, only for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning.
