The residence Le Fontane is located on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, in the beautiful Villasimius . The complex is located in a quiet residential area at just a few steps from the town centre with its many services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, discos, clubs and shops). Located on the 1st or 2nd floor, the flats have balconies equipped with tables and chairs. All entrances overlook an internal courtyard. The property has a swimming pool with an equipped solarium, a barbecue area, a washing machine for shared use and parking. The flats have: air conditioning, TV, oven, iron and ironing board, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The beautiful beach of Simius is at only 2.5 km away.

Neighbourhood information

The area around the Residence hosts stunning beaches with their crystal-clear, shallow sea and fine white sand, all of them can be reached in a few minutes by car. The south-eastern coast, where the beautiful Villasimius is located, also offers archaeological sites, museums and some of the most beautiful nature trails in Sardinia. We recommend a visit to the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. The area also offers the possibility of practising various water sports. The airport and port of Cagliari are about 50 kms away.
