Residence in the historic center of Venice consisting of 7 apartments of different types (from one to 3 bedrooms, from 2 to 7 people), high-level furnishings, air conditioning, wi-fi internet. Ideal solution for couples, families and large groups of people. Very central location about 10 minutes walk from the famous Rialto Bridge and very convenient to reach (5 minutes walk from the station and 10 from Piazzale Roma).

Neighbourhood information

This apartment is located in the Sestiere of Santa Croce, the ancient heart of the city, from where you can easily get both to the train station and to P.le Roma, the two main Venice 's terminals. Rialto and Accademia can be easily reached in less than ten minutes. Very closed to the water bus stop of Riva de Biasio, this area is rich of good restaurants and shops.
