Quiet and cozy apartments surrounded by lush orchards on the outskirts of Schlanders in the Stelvio National Park. A wonderfully landscaped garden in full bloom with a wide variety of fruit sweetens cozy moments on your terrace. Various cultural events such as concerts, theater performances and exhibitions take place in the village during the season. The popular pedestrian zone gives the small town a truly urban flair. Lined with picturesque little streets, there is a multitude of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. A weekly market takes place every Thursday, where many regional specialties and products can be purchased. Activities nearby : Hikers, bikers, mountaineers and climbers, but also extreme sports enthusiasts - there is something for everyone here. But the most popular thing is probably hiking on a network of paths that is more than 100 km long to the mountain pastures and refuges in the region, along the level irrigation channels or the Vinschger Höhenweg. Numerous cycle paths through the wide, flat valley floor offer cyclists views of the magical landscape. The Vinschgau cycle path is particularly popular. It is part of the well-known Adige cycle path and the Via Claudia Augusta cycle path, which passes near the house
