Apartment complex with sea view pools near Pietra Ligure
Just 900 mt from the public beach, the self-catering apartment complex "Residence Oleandro" is at 5-minute drive from the historic centre of Pietra Ligure. It features 2 outdoor pools, one of which includes sea view and a hydro-massage area. Near the house there is a free public parking. In the private area (video surveillance) it is by reservation and for a fee. Apartments offer a furnished balcony or terrace, and views of the sea, pool or garden. Each comes with a bathroom with hairdryer, and a seating/dining area with kitchenette and satellite flat-screen TV. Air conditioning and heating are available upon request for an additional fee (to save energie). Guests of the Oleandro have access to a garden with barbecue facilities and a children’s playground. Complete with a bar and a kids playground room, the property also offers discounts to a private beach nearby. Bike shuttle is available nearby and guests travelling with their own bike will find a dedicated space to store it, clean it and repair it, if necessary. Additional linen changes are available upon request for for an extra cost of 6 Euros per change per person (6 Euros for towels and 6 Euros for sheets).
Pets are not allowed in the Double Room with Balcony (Room B&B).
