As a trained and certified Unesco hiking guide I would like to show you the incomparable nature of South Tyrol. I also offer geological and paleontological hikes. My tours I do throughout the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage. Sign in in the reception of Palmai. Minimum number of partecipants 5 people

Property information

The 4-star Residence Palmai was renovated in 2022 and is located in an exclusive and central location in Ortisei with a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding landscape. The wellness area with Finnish sauna and steam bath, Kneipp zone, 4-person whirlpool, relaxation room, adventure shower, solarium and infrared cabin is open in winter 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. free for all our guests over 12 years old. Admission to the Mar Dolomit public indoor swimming pool is also free. Our house offers breakfast in the lounge and bread service on request, garage parking space with direct access to the elevator to the residence, lawn in the house garden with deck chairs and parasols and a garden pond, fitness room. Fiber optic internet through wireless LAN and Ethernet throughout the house, smart TV for your Netflix account, lounge, fitness room For our guests: free use of all buses in Val Gardena, with the Val Gardena Mobilcard. All of our suites are very Large from 56sqm to 85sqm so there is enough space even for large families. All floors in the suites are made of oak. In winter, the residence is located directly at the ski school meeting point, adjacent to the Palmer ski lift where you can only reach the Seiser Alm on skis. In the evening there is the Pilat slope right to our front door. Ski room with ski boot heater in winter. E-bike rental and guided hikes in summer on request.

We are in a central position in Ortisei but very quiet. Restaurants and supermarkets all within a 5 minute walk and all flat
