Beachfront apartment with pool near San Foca

Set on the Salento coast, Residence Solaris is just 10 metres from the nearest public beach. It offers air-conditioned apartments and a swimming pool. It is set in Torre Specchia Ruggeri. Solaris Residence is 2 km north of the small harbour of San Foca. All apartments have a balcony or patio with a view of the garden or sea. Each one has a kitchenette and TV. There are vending machines at reception and a mini market and newsagents a short walk away. It is 30 minutes' drive from the popular seaside town of Otranto and the historic city of Lecce. The Salento bus stops 100 metres away during summer.

Property information

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Shared Pool available from May to October. - Pool opening from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
