“Schlern” and “Talaus” are the names of our two apartments in the newly built Residence Villa Schlern. They offer a refreshing holiday home. The Residence Villa Schlern was built with carefully selected materials according to building biological principles and warm natural wood floors. It was completed in 2021 and is now looking forward to its first guests.
We have designed our apartments with passion. Selected designer furniture, soft colours and clear shapes form a feel-good ambience to relax. The apartments in our “Residence Villa Schlern” offer over 70 m² of space for 2 to 3 people. From the entrance you can reach the inviting anteroom. From there you reach the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, the cozy living room with sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge corner and magnificent views is accessible from the living room. The chic bathroom with rain shower, bathtub and window is located next to the entrance.
The spacious bedroom is separated with a magnificent view. Fresh and elegant accessories round off the ambience in style and make your apartment an eye-catcher with a feel-good character. To store your belongings you find an additional walk-in wardrobe.
In addition to the standards such as safe, hair dryer, fiber optic Internet, cosmetic mirror, a culinary “Starterset”, cuddly slippers and a small cookbook with recipes from the South Tyrolean cuisine awaits you on arrival. If desired, we are happy to offer you a morning bread delivery service, so that the day can start relaxed.
Our Residence Villa Schlern is situated in one of the sunniest spots in the small village of Fiè allo Sciliar, in a very quiet location and only a three-minute walk from the village centre. The property with only four residential units is embedded in a green area of over 2000 m² and has an unobstructed panoramic view to the Schlern, Prösels Castle, across the valleys to Bolzano and all the way to the Ritten high plateau. The location is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and walks. The Alpe di Siusi, Europe’s largest high alpine pasture, can be reached in only 20 minutes and offers excellent hiking or skiing pleasure in summer and winter.
