Located in the old town of Brisighella, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy in Emilia Romagna region, La Residenza d'Epoca Lina is a wonderful apartment located on the second floor of an historic convent origin building, dating back to the beginning of the 17th century. Nowadays Residenza d'epoca Lina is inside a protected building (Palazzo Lega-Bernabé) by the Italian Ministry of Arts and Cultural Heritage. For this reason it has not elevator nor adapted access for disabled. For the same reason our site has not conditioning air; a roof fan and mobile fans are available. The apartment has all the comforts to enjoy an holiday immersed in the quiet of the countryside between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany among sweet and green hills and excellent olive trees, an ideal option for long and spectacular cycling & hiking routes. Brisighella is only 60 km far from Bologna and 90 Km from Florence, both connected with train from the same town of Brisighella just 5 minutes walking far from the apartment. In addition and always with rail connection service, just at about 50 km it's possible to visit the beautiful city of Ravenna with its prestigious tradition of mosaic art, and the best-known beach towns on the Adriatic Sea, which are Rimini, Cervia and Riccione.
