Residenza il Palazzo is a corner of paradise surrounded by nature just a few steps from essential amenities such as shops and public transport. The Villa is located on the border between Garfagnana and Lunigiana; it is a stately villa with more than a century of history, renovated and cared for down to the smallest detail, trying to preserve the charm and style that characterize it but adding a little modernity. The residence is divided into two structures, the main one of about 350m2 with four large bedrooms capable of accommodating up to 9 people. The second of about 150sqm is ideal for a couple with children; both structures have an independent entrance. They share a splendid 2500m garden complete with swimming pool and barbecue area with a splendid panoramic view of the beautiful Apuan Alps. The two structures can be booked separately or as a single Villa.
