Property information

Recently built, new modern rental units equipped with every comfort, as well as soundproofing and air conditioning, in an excellent position to discover the beauty of the surrounding lakes and mountains. Close to the station, 500m, and to the Erba hospital, 350m it is located in the center of Erba: in the surroundings areas there are excellent restaurants, bars and public parks. There is also a large private car park, with access regulated by a pole during the night. There is the possibility to leave luggages or parking bicycles in a secure locked room next to the apartments or even big objects such as a boat.

Neighbourhood information

At 500 m there is the Erba train station, on the route to Milan and the area is well served by buses to Como, Lecco and Bellagio. At only 350m, there is the Erba Hospital, while at 100m there is a large park with a playground for kids and two tennis courts. Nearby there is a Wellness Thermarium center, named Lambrone, and numerous lakes: the most famous is Lake Como; on Lake Pusiano it is possible to go on canoe trips, around the lakes of Segrino and Alserio there are two beautiful cycle paths perfect for a relaxing walk or bike ride. Furthermore, recently built in the city of Erba, there is the Lambrone sports center, also including a SPA. The city is surrounded by numerous mountains on which it is possible to go for walks of all difficulty levels with breathtaking views of the lakes and bike rides, among the most famous are the Ghisallo and the Colma.
