Bright apartment with garden located in a strategic position, just steps from the city center. The station, historic center, and dock are within walking distance, 10 minutes by car from the sea, and 15 minutes from Mirabilandia. Spacious open space facing the garden with sofa bed, full HD smart TV with Netflix. Two bedrooms: a master suite and a double room with bunk beds. Bathroom with complete fixtures, well-equipped kitchen, private garden, and garage with outdoor parking space.
Quiet neighborhood with all services. Various supermarket chains within walking distance, a racecourse for running, and a playground behind the house. Restaurants and all kinds of shops in the area. Gas station and pharmacy 200 meters away. Garage and private parking space, as well as a quiet street with several parking spots. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by car. Bus to the beach across the street (number 70), and a few steps away is the stop for the station, for example, to reach Sant'Apollinare in Classe (bus 4). City center and station 10 minutes on foot.
