Property information

The convenience of being close to the sea and just a few minutes from the largest shopping center in Romagna. The rooms are all located on the first floor a few minutes from the beach, all with thermo-acoustic glass, heating, LCD SMART TV (with Netflix and various apps), free WIFI, hairdryer, welcome kit of bathroom products, set of sheets and towels, safe , air conditioning, Memory Foam mattresses and relaxation pillows (both considered the most comfortable in the world). In the wardrobe there are also pairs of additional pillows, blankets and duvets. As soon as guests arrive, they enter the spacious corridor immersing themselves in the scent of perfumed essences. From here you can access the three independent rooms all with direct balconies (some with access from common areas). Each balcony is equipped with a table and chairs as well as a comfortable drying rack. In the shared space, a kitchenette is available free of charge (only use of kettle, microwave, fridge). In the two brand new shared bathrooms there are (1 with toilet, shower cubicle, bidet, bath towel warmer, sink, 1 with shower cubicle and sink). On the ground floor there is a well-known bar that offers delicious breakfasts, alongside a famous ice cream shop among the most popular in Rimini. In the vicinity, a couple of minutes on foot, there are stops for means of transport useful for reaching any point of interest (and also the central train station). The LE BEFANE shopping center (the largest in Romagna) is just 3 minutes away by car. Everything is close at hand, including restaurants, shops, laundry, pharmacy, tobacconist, ice cream shop, bars, bike rental and much more. CIN IT099014C22VAMKIAK

What can I say, in Rimini you can find everything. The beach 5 minutes walk, 1 minute by car, 2 minutes by bike. In front of the condominium there is a bicycle rental. 8 minutes by car from the Le Befane Shopping Center (130 shops). 15 minutes from the center of Rimini, 15 minutes from the center of Riccione and the famous Viale Ceccarini. The Rimini promenade - Lungomare is just 5 minutes away on foot (the kilometre-long seafront promenade). In the surrounding area: Aquafan 15 minutes, Oltremare 15 minutes, Mirabilandia (40 minutes), Republic of San Marino (25 minutes), Go Kart, swimming pools, spas, surfing, volleyball, football, tennis, padel, theatres, cinemas, hundreds of restaurants , Luna Park all within reach.
