Property information

Ideal apartment for those who travel by car with the whole family and their pet! We have two private parking spaces for the cars of our guests and two terraces where your four-legged friends can relax next to you. Fast WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms; high chair and crib for younger children. Three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with two sofas, kitchen, and two terraces overlooking the river. Beautiful bike path along the river

Neighbourhood information

Gavinana is one of the oldest districts of Florence, built on the left bank of the Arno river in the south-eastern part of the city of Florence. We have two parking spaces in the private parking lot below the apartment, a real privilege in Florence! You can get around on foot, by bike or scooter along the beautiful bike path. There are several bus lines that pass near the apartment, the most important are 353A, 365A, 23 and 14.
