IT0084 -GK09011 of 2019. - Heating and conditioning of the latest generation with very high efficiency, powered by zero km biomass. - Anti-waste blocking system for air conditioning and heating by opening doors and windows. - "Solar-thermal" energy exchange panels for the production of hot water in the heating and sanitary circuit. - Fully LED lighting with timed lights in common areas such as stairs and garages. - Collection of rainwater for use in toilet flushes, plants and garden. - Wall Box for electric cars in the garage (2 plugs of 7.4 Kw each). Rental and recharging for electric bicycles

Rocche di Montexelo is an accommodation born on the site of a historic inn. Therefore the four apartments, created during a recent renovation, combine ancient and modern in a happy harmony. The building stands in an extraordinary panoramic place, overlooking the ancient castle of the Counts Roero and the wonderful green hills.

Neighbourhood information

Rocche di Montexelo is the ideal place to discover a places full of attractions: Roero, Langhe and Monferrato, recently declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO for wine-growing landscapes. Suggested tours are Roero's castles, nature trails, places of art and culture, wine and gastronomic routes. A wonderful wall by Valerio Berruti at 30 mt to us. Alba is just at 15 minutes to Rocche di Montexelo and waiting for you with the most important and famous events in the world: VINUM in Spring season and INTERNATIONAL ALBA WHITE TRUFFLE FAIR in Automn; in 15 min you can go in Bra for CHEESE!
