This beautiful property boasts breathtaking views of the Ligurian Alps and features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a large terrace. Enjoy a 30-minute drive to the Italian Riviera and only one hour to the picturesque French Riviera. Experience Italian beauty and culture in total comfort. The Wi-Fi service is in 4G and our Wi-Fi capacity is also limited as we are in the mountains. If you need to make video conferences for meetings or transfer large files, we recommend that you buy a SIM card before travelling or travel with an additional mobile modem. In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests. We would like to let you know that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. You will be sent a secure link before your stay to enable you to register your identity documents quickly and easily. You are also required by Italian law to pay a tourist tax of 1 Euro per night for up to 7 nights for all adults over the age of 14.
