The studio apartment is located in an early 20th-century building on the hill of Poggio Imperiale, near the fourteenth-century Porta Romana, historic access to the city walls, and a 10-minute drive from Piazzale Michelangelo. Recently renovated with modern design furnishings, but with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, the independent unit has a common entrance with another apartment of the same property. The studio apartment consists of a single room with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and equipped with an extractor fan and water heater dThe 50 liters. The area has excellent connections to the city center, there are three bus lines that run a short distance from the house (lines 11-36 and 37) and take you to the heart of the city and to the Santa Maria Novella train station in 15 minutes, also at Porta Romana there is a fixed taxi station. You can easily move on foot to reach the center, 10 minutes to get to Porta Romana, 25 minutes to reach Piazzale Michelangelo (3 km away), enjoying a pleasant walk along the tree-lined avenue that also leads to the church of San Miniato; not far from the entrance to the Boboli Garden from Via Romana, house number 37A (1.8 km away). The accommodation is also the ideal point for those who want to move between Florence and Siena and be able to visit San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and all of Chianti, the house is in fact 4 km from the A1 motorway (Flora Impruneta exit) and from Firenze-Siena (RA3).
