Dear guests, WELCOME TO VENICE!!! Thank you for choosing our apartment. Working in our city makes us proud but also we have to honor it by giving to our guests the best services they can have. Just an advice, enjoy Venice by LIVING it, throw away your maps, walk around without any destinations, just walk around and go through every streets and alleys, only in this way you can discover unexpected and unforgettable places. In addiction I suggest you to eat our typical food and wine and talk to local people, they are friendly and available to help you.

Located in Cannaregio neighborhood, the flat is harmony with the ancient and coloured area because of the typical venetian forniture. In fact the palace in which the apartament belongs to dates back to the first dacade of the 19th century. In addiction our workers will be happy and available for giving you all the informations and details you need in order to be relax throughout your holiday. TOURIST TAXES PER PERSON FOR THE CITY OF VENICE FOR CHILDREN; THEY ARE EXEMPT UP TO 9 YEARS OLD, FROM 10 TO 16 YEARS OLD THEY ARE REDUCED TO 50% AND AFTER 17 YEARS OLD THEY ARE CONSIDERED PAYING ADULTS.

Neighbourhood information

Beside being in front of the pear CREA next to Tre archi bridge, the flat is very closed both to the train station and Piazzale Roma ( where there is the bus station). You can reach comfortably every spot in Venice you want by taking the boat line number 41-42 or 51-52. In addiction the apartament is located in one of the most popular and ancient areas of Venice, hence you'll find supermarkets, bars and shops in few minutes.
