The rustically furnished holiday apartment Pla in the Runcac Residence is located in San Vigilio in South Tyrol, right in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a ski storage room, a bicycle storage room, and an e-bike charging station. The apartment features a balcony where you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the magnificent view. There is a garden with seating and sun loungers as well as a playground for children. You may also use the sauna at the nearby campsite up to 3 times per week for an additional fee. Thanks to the ideal location of the apartment, all important facilities are just a short walk away. The nearest restaurant is only 2 minutes on foot (210 m) and the nearest supermarket is 8 minutes on foot (700 m). Numerous well-marked hiking trails and a cross-country ski trail lead directly from the residence into the hiking paradise of Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park (bus stop 100 m away). In winter, the Dolomiti Superski and Kronplatz ski areas offer a variety of options for winter sports enthusiasts. Parking is available on the property (private, covered space on request). Bringing pets is not allowed. A communal washing machine can be used for a fee. A baby cot is available for an additional fee. A free ski bus to Kronplatz (5 min.) is available. There is no air conditioning. The PREMIUM Holiday Pass with free public transport in South Tyrol is included. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
