The accommodation has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a 10 square metres covered terrace, ideal for a romantic dinner or an aperitif at sunset. It’s possible to see the pink flamingos fly at sunset and throughout the day over the accommodation. It is located in a private area of ​​a mini condominium (3 residential units) in an elegant setting in one of the most sought-after, peaceful and quiet areas of the city. The kitchenette is provided with all the main tools, a coffee pod machine, a moka, a microwave, an induction hob, and a fridge. The external fixtures are equipped with mosquito nets. Last but not least, The accommodation has a washing machine and it’s air conditioned. From here, it’s easy to reach the beach, the town centre and the main tourist spots, as well as bike paths, parks and promenades, and sport venues.
We are a very close family, simple and friendly, who live next to the accommodation and love to welcome the guests with warmth and availability.
Near the accommodation Without the car: - Sport venues like padel court, swimming pool, athletic track, and a free basketball court; - The sanctuary(Basilica of N.S. of Bonaria (main place of worship of Sardinia), where it’s possible to visit a museum free of charge; - The marina of “Su Siccu”, where it’s possible to book boat trips and sailing lessons. From here, the bike and walking path begins to arrive at the Molentarigus park, which includes the salt pans, where it’s possible to watch the pink flamingos,the black-winged Stilts and other specimens of birds; - The bike rental service is at 400 m from the accommodation or at the entry of the Molentargius park, which can be reached in about 30 minutes walk; - The bus stop from e to the Poetto’s beach and the Town centre is 100 metres near. With the car: - The Poetto’s beach and the Town centre can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes; - The most beautiful beaches of the south coast (like Villasimius, Costa Rei, Cala Sinzias on the west, or Chia, ora, Santa Margherita di Pula, Teulada on the est, and many more) can be reached in about 1 hour; - The hospitals of Cagliari are easily reached in 10-15 minutes. If your visit in Cagliari is due to medical reason, it will be applied a 20% discount on prices published.
