Additional amenities include a washing machine, baby cot, work station, crib, and high chair. Air conditioning will be available from May 2026. The interiors are spread over several levels and lead to a panoramic terrace with breathtaking 360° views of mountains, valleys, and, to the east, the sea on the horizon. The house is ideal for families. You will have exclusive use of the entire accommodation and can return at any hour. Public street parking is available nearby, and a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles is at your disposal. Electric car charging stations are about 100 meters away. A well-equipped gym is just a few steps from the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed, nor are events. Please respect quiet hours from 00:00 to 8:00. The fireplace cannot be used for barbecues. The holiday home is conveniently located within walking distance of supermarkets, butchers, bars, gym, tobacconist, newsstand, jewelers, pizzerias, fresh pasta shop, pharmacy, and ATM. The Town Hall is also nearby. The Santa Barbara Forest is 3 km away, while Lake Flumendosa, the Bau Mela pools, and the archaeological sites of S'Arcu 'e Is Forros and Sa Carcaredda are about 7 km away.
