Property information

Located in the San Fedele d’Intelvi Valley, strategic and panoramic spot overlooking Lake Como where hiking and mountain bike trails branch off, between breathtaking landscapes. The modern-style apartment has a wide private garden with great mountain view. It includes an equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave and fridge. There are a spacious living room with dining table, sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. It’s possible to use the bbq station set on the terrace. From this home you can reach Pasquella Mountain, Alpe of Colonno, Venini Refuge, Le Radici Agritourism in Blessagno where it’s possible to taste local food and have walks with llamas and other animals. The center of the town of San Fedele, with its boutiques, bars, restaurants and supermarket is 10 mins walk away. In 15 mins away by car there is Argegno, on the shores of the lake, where a ferry can get you to Bellagio and other towns where the gorgeous and historical Villas of Como stand.
