San Felice Residence – Modern Comfort Near Bologna’s Historic Center San Felice Residence is a modern and welcoming property just a short walk from Bologna’s historic center, ideal for couples, families, and business travelers seeking independence with all comforts. Each unit features a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, fridge, oven, coffee machine, and kettle, as well as a bright living area with sofa and flat-screen TV. Neighbourhood information

San Felice Residence is located in the historic center of Bologna, near Porta San Felice, however, NOT located in Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL). Despite being in an extremely quiet part of town, the nightlife area Via del Pratello, is only 700m away and a few meters further on is MAMbo - Museum of Modern Art of Bologna. Bologna's main attractions - Piazza Maggiore with the Basilica of San Petronio and the Two Towers - are a 15-minute walk or just 3 bus stops away. The residence is only 3.5km from the Airport Guglielmo Marconi and 1.5km from the Central Train Station, which is also very well connected by public transport. The Ospedale Maggiore and the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium are at 10 minutes walk. In addition, the Bologna Fair is a 15 minutes drive away and there is a direct public transport connection in the immediate vicinity of the Residence.
