Casa Rosa is in Badesi, on the north-west coast of Sardinia. It’s a two-floor building and the architecture is modelled the traditional Sardinian “stazzi”.The house is in a strategic position, in front of La Tozza square, overlooking the valley and the sea, at only 2 km as the crow flies.The property has an inside large court. It’s possible to eat outside under a shed, surrounded by the green.There is a solarium with two beach chairs, a little table, a garden umbrella and a solar shower to relax outdoor.In a shaded area of the garden there is the possibility to put three hammocks. The breeze will lull and relax you. The house has high ceilings with wood lintels and a terracotta floor.From the front door, on the ground floor, there is a living room, that thanks to a comfortable sofa bed, is suitable as a sleeping room. Opposite to the double-bedroom, which overlooks the outer court, there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double-bedroom with a balcony facing the sea, a bathroom with shower, a room with two twin beds and a large living room with balcony, smart TV and big table. On the side you find a well-equipped kitchen.In the whole there is Wi-Fi.
