Cozy and spacious house 300 meters from Poetto beach. Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, with courtyard equipped with barbecue and tables to enjoy outdoor meals. Inside it offers several possibilities for relaxation thanks to the sofas and armchairs, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. There is a Space Orbit pinball machine from 1972, and the house is decorated with artwork. Deck chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available.
I love to welcome and host genuine people. I lived abroad for many years and a year ago I decided to return home to increase the quality of my life. I live in the adjacent house and am available to give information, but only if requested, and respecting the privacy of my guests.
The Margine Rosso is a residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery, and strategically located for visiting the south of the island. Nearby you can see flamingos in the Molentargius pond park and the Sette Fratelli mountains. Cagliari, the capital city reachable in fifteen minutes by car, offers a large number of museums and breathtaking views.
