Residenza 1930 is located in the Piccianello district, the gateway to the city from the east side. Welcome to Residenza 1930, a recently renovated apartment (August 2022) equipped with all modern comforts: TV, air conditioning, heating, linens, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle, and oven. The property features a portion of the terrace in front of the building, furnished with a table and a sunshade, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

I manage Residenza 1930 and Residenza 1955, and what I love most about my job is meeting people from all over the world and helping make their travels special.
