The apartment is located within a secure area with controlled gated entrance with allocated car parking space which is a bonus in an otherwise busy seaside location . The apartment has an open plan lounge/kitchen over which is a mezzanine upper floor with additional spacious area with double sofa bed. All electrical appliances are of a high quality with the apartment throughout having ample storage. The generous private terrace has table, chairs & sun loungers. There is combined heating/air conditioning throughout. The apartment is also close to a supermarket & restaurants. the beach is right in front of you and the sound of the waves is a pleasant background in a unique setting. Don't miss the sunset drinking a glass of good wine under the porch so you breath the sea breeze. The apartment is a spacious loft composed downstairs by an entrance room, a king bedded room, bathroom with tub. Kitchen, dining and living room illuminated by a very large door window that overlooks the garden and the dunes with an amazing view of garden the dunes and th . There are two sunbeds, two beach chairs and a beach umbrella to fully enjoy the beach in front. Bathing facilities only a short walk away. Private parking is guaranteed inside the residence. The beach of Calambrone is large, in some places up to 50 meters wide, fine golden sand. It is preceded by coastal dunes rich in vegetation and by a number of former colonies resorts of the fascist era. On the border with the province of Livorno, at the southern end of the coastline of Pisa is located Calambrone, from the Latin Caput Labronis, seaside place that closes the long section of unspoiled beaches within the Natural Park of Migliarino and San Rossore.
