This elegant vacation home is located in the Residenza del Sole village, just 200 meters from the well-equipped beach of La Maddalena, surrounded by the greenery of this quiet village. The home comprises a bedroom with a large double bed and a wardrobe, an elegant living room with a round sofa, an LCD TV, and air conditioning. The dining area is located on the covered patio with air conditioning and garden views. The rear garden offers privacy and is equipped with armchairs and a coffee table for relaxing. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and microwave. The full bathroom with a walk-in shower leads to the laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and drying rack. The front terrace features a beautiful jacuzzi, lounge chairs, an umbrella, and a table and chairs for complete relaxation. The home also has a small gym and private parking within the village in front of the property.
