The Villa has a main house with two floors and a dépendance available upon request. There is a large garden, a beautiful outdoor patio with a dining area with table, chairs and a lounge and a beautiful rooftop terrace on the Mediterranean sea. The villa is literally two steps from the beach.

Maganuco Sicily Beachfront Villa is a paradise, standing on a sandy gold beach in the southern east part of Sicily, in Maganuco, near the charming and elegant late-Baroque cities of UNESCO World Heritage Sites (cities such as Modica, Noto, Ragusa and Scicli). The beach, where there is a chic seaside beach-bar vibe, is the perfect spot for children to play, as the sea is clear and the bay is very shallow for the first few metres of water.
