I am Licia Perna and I wanted to realize my dream: a house conceived as a tailoring suit, made to make you feel good! I wanted to use natural materials because living in a healthy environment is very important for our health. Evergreen wants to take care of you, give you a moment of detachment and rest, wants to pamper you and get pampered by the surrounding environment. The air of the sea and the hot sun will work on you and your health without even noticing you and evergreen, the plants and our service, will complete the work.

On the beach of Montalbano, SempreVerde is an ecological House: insulated with straw bales and built with natural materials such as wood, Cork, raw Earth, tadelakt and bamboo. Wants to give you the experience of housing environmental and sea views from a green terrace. Great for summer holiday, enjoyable escapes from the city, suitable for everyone! Punta Secca is ideal to escape from the routine of everyday life and enjoy sunsets! Stands out from any other House for his passionate artistic character with the addition of sustainable construction techniques: earthen plasters and floors; thermal and acoustic insulation with Cork panels that form the coat of the house; the choice of recycling and reuse in the furniture. Another feature of SempreVerde is the presence of the plants which it is decorated the House, no any plants, but medicinal herbs, fruit trees, those that purify the air indoors.

Punta Secca became famous by the tv series "Il commissario Montalbano" who choose a house in this village as "home" I think he didn't make a bad choice because Punta Secca make everyone in a State of perpetual vacation, you relax with the sound of the sea and with the tranquillity that gives a walk on the beach
