The attic is located in the city centre. At the third floor, it is composed by a private entrance, a wide living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (equipped with shower and bidet) and balconies with a view over the castle on top of the Mount Petrino. The kitchen is equipped by fridge, dishware, oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. Furthermore, the attic has a washing machine, flat screen TV (Smart TV), Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The attic offers 4 beds. Every room is equipped with air conditioning. On request, it is possible to add a crib for a baby or a single bed for a kid. N.1 free and private parking next to the building. No pets allowed.
The attic is located in the town center, where with a very short walk can be found: bars, mini-market, tobacco shop, pharmacy, post, butcher shop, cheese factory, gastronomy/deli, pizzeria, household goods shop, stationers and bookshop. The seafront is 1km away and can be reachable in 15 mins by walk where are located many free beaches. The apartments are convenient as a foothold for those who want to visit Napoli, Pozzuoli, Caserta, Roma, Fromia and Gaeta. Furthermore, from Napoli and Pozzuoli, it is possible to board the ferries to Ischia, Procida and Capri. Instead, from Formia, it is possible to board the ferries to Ventotene e Ponza.
