Prestigious apartment in a recently renovated villa, mq. 105 ca. consisting of two large bedrooms with heat pump air conditioning, both with a dedicated bathroom, a living room, a large kitchen, both equipped with heat pump air conditioning, two bathrooms / toilets. Functional and well-equipped apartment, equipped with all comforts .. The same benefits from a green oasis for garden use that surrounds the house and makes it pleasant to the eye and ideal for recreational use as well as for relaxing inside. Located in a convenient area to reach the sea (700 m. Flat, quiet and peaceful area, free private parking, sea and hill views, with two large covered balconies, one of which is furnished with a table and chairs. Each main room including rooms is equipped with independent conditioner, ideal also for winter holidays because it is very well heated.
