Property information

The structure was completely restored in 2022, renewing the elegance of a historic 20th-century Carrara building. Large spaces with large rooms due to the presence of school classrooms with very high ceilings were carved out of what was once a school. The facility also decided to almost completely eliminate gas systems and use mainly electric to reduce the environmental system. We are talking about a facility that has as many as 28 rooms spread over three floors. In addition, in the basement we can find a laundry room available to all customers. We have also decided to give another service that allows you to have a reserved place in a bathing establishment not too far from the facility fully equipped and free of charge.
