A few kilometers from the Arenella beach, the Ciane and Saline River Nature Reserve and the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area, in a quiet area, Sicilia Room offers a large air-conditioned bedroom with wardrobe, desk, sofa, flat screen TV and small table with chairs. Always at your disposal, built-in kitchen with hob, oven, sink, refrigerator and various crockery. The private bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. In the veranda a relaxation area with garden table and chairs. Upon request we offer a buffet breakfast, laundry and ironing service. The entire structure is covered by free wifi and there is the possibility of secure parking. It is possible to reach the seaside areas or the city with the A.S.T. n ° 23, whose stop is a few meters away. Pets are allowed at no additional cost, advance notice is welcome. Guests are required to show a valid photo ID upon check-in. The guest is kindly requested to communicate the arrival time in advance, you can insert this communication in the "Special Requests" box at the time of booking. Upon request, barbecue, cot and high chair will also be at your disposal.
Hi, my name is Giuseppe and I am a young Sicilian. I graduated from the hotel school in Syracuse where I fell in love with tourism linked above all to my land. Sicilia Room is a small reality that I created with the main intention of offering the guest the best stay during his vacation.
Very quiet area, near the sea and only 6 km away from the city. Beaches and lidos can be reached in a few minutes. Near Sicilia Room there is a Pizzeria / bakery / delicatessen, a butcher and a fruit / vegetable, while not far away there are bars, restaurants and petrol stations.
