The outside offers a dining area equipped with table and chairs, as well as a second outdoor kitchen, a wonderful garden with different types of plants, a large infinity pool with a solarium area equipped with sun beds. There are also 2 outdoor showers and an additional bathroom right next to the pool. A private tennis court is also part of the outdoor areas. The name Sicily Summer Breeze is inspired by the area, which is characterized by the windy climate and the pleasant breeze that makes the summer evenings milder. The property also offers private parking. The villa is surrounded by citrus groves that make the context even more authentic, where you can breathe the real of Sicily. The nearest beach, called 'Marza' is only 8 minutes by car (8 km) and it offers an authentic beach bar and serviced beach with restaurant, as well as a free beach. This beach is characterized by golden sand and crystal-clear waters. In only 9 minutes driving you can get to the city of Ispica, where you are able to find any kind of service, such as: supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, other than multiples sacred buildings, characterized by the Sicilian Baroque architecture.
