It is a private villa perfect for those seeking privacy and tranquility. It is located in a strategic position 200 meters from the Highway exit of Fiumefreddo di Sicilia; this allows you to reach both the sea and the Mount Etna and the main tourist areas with extreme ease. The context is quiet, panoramic and we are immersed in a natural park. We have a fully furnished and new private apartment for 3 to 5 people, and a double room with private bathroom. Furthermore, we have a swimming pool(5x10 meters) with super panoramic solarium of 350 mq.
We are a very normal Italian family with 3 children; we work in a hospital environment and we have decided to open our villa to all people who want to spend a holiday in a family, quiet, private and certainly very different context from the hotel one.
Our house is located in a strategic area; we are just 200 meters from the Fiumefreddo di Sicilia Highway exit. From here it is very easy to reach places like Taormina, which is just 20 minutes by car, Catania just 40 minutes, Palermo 2 hours and 30 minutes. The Etna volcano is just 20 minutes from us, the sea of Fondachello beach 5 minutes, the tourist area of Giardini Naxos about 12 minutes ... in short, it is really easy and practical to move from our house in any direction.
