The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Located on the first and top floor, it features a terrace overlooking the garden. The open-plan living area includes an induction cooker, living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, microwave, sun awning, barbecue, washer-dryer, hairdryer, towels, bed linen, USB and USB-C sockets, Bluetooth radio, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV. Free private parking is available. Beach equipment provided: two deck chairs, beach towels, cooler bag, beach umbrella, beach rackets, and a beach bag. This area is not the famous (and more expensive) Costa Smeralda, but a part of northern Sardinia currently undergoing revitalization. Once very popular in the 60s and 70s, the area later declined but has been recovering over the past 10 years. New beach kiosks and restaurants have opened, a cycling path has been built, and paddle courts are in development — though the process is still ongoing.
