Take your break and enjoy this little oasis of tranquility on the hills of Florence. Small independent house with garden immersed in the Florentine hill of Settignano, just outside the city. The apartment has just been renovated and has free parking on site. Well connected to the city center, reachable in just 15 minutes by car and less than 30 minutes by line 10. Settignano is one of the most sought after residential districts in Florence. Immersed in the green of the Florentine hill but only 15 minutes from the historic center Thanks to line 10, which stops right next to the apartment, you can reach in about 20 minutes Piazza Libertà, at the gates of the historic center. From there the main historical monuments can be reached in 10/15 minutes by foot
