Sehr zentral gelegen, erreicht man aus der Unterkunft in 4 Gehminuten (200 m) den direkten Einstieg zu den Aufstiegsanlagen der weltberühme SELLARONDA. Das Apartment ist ein ehemaliges Bildhauer-Atelier wo in den letzten Jahren sowohl künstlerischer als auch kultureller Austausch stattfand. In der sehr gemütlichen Ausstattung wurde darauf geachtet Altes mit Neuem behutsam zu verschmelzen. Der Gast wird sich in diesen mit Bildern und Skulpturen bestückten, Loft-artigen Räumen, mit der wohligen Wärme des Tiroler Bauernofens, aufgehoben und daheim fühlen. Die Zimmer aus reinem, unbehandelten Fichtenholz und mit Betten und Kissen für Allergiker geeignet ausgestattet, garantieren einen erholsamen Schlaf. In den kalten Wintertagen lädt eine kleine private Sauna zum entspannten Ausklang des Ski-Tages ein. Privater Parkplatz für 2 Autos, Brötchen-Service auf Anfrage, Restaurants und shops in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ich lebe in den DOLOMITEN, welche dem UNESCO Weltnaturerbe angehören. Es gibt viele Freizeit- und Sportmöglichkeiten, sei es im Sommer wie im Winter. Es wird ein reiches Kunst -und Kultur Programm angeboten und auf Tradition geachtet. Im Winter für Skifahrer bester Ausgangspunkt zu den Aufstiegsanlagen, mit bestens präparierten Abfahrten und herrlicher Landschafts-Kulisse. Herrliche einsame Loipen für Langläufer im Langental, dem Eingang zum Naturpark Puez Odles. Im Sommer kommen all jene auf ihre Kosten, die spazieren, wandern oder klettern möchten. Wolkenstein erfreut sich auch immer mehr Beliebtheit in Sachen Mountain-Bike und Radrundfahrten in atemberaubender Natur.
