A short walk from the town square, stands the complex of apartments built to offer its guests a holiday dedicated to comfort and relaxation. The apartments, in total 6, are divided on 3 floors of a new building.

Property information

Apartment Solares are divided over three floors of a new building, recently renovated, a few steps from the village square. Have all comforts to enjoy the holiday guests (air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer). The building also has a wonderful terrace, solarium, whose view you can enjoy a beautiful view of the island.

Neighbourhood information

The island of Ustica, located 70 Km North of Palermo, is the Summit of an underwater volcano 2000 metres high. Its surface is about 9 square kilometres, and its name is due to its volcanic nature, (Ustum = burnt). The Greeks, however, named Osteodes = charnel-house, for the human remains of Carthaginian deportation of mercenary soldiers mutiny, which here were left to die of hunger and thirst. Its coasts are rich in beautiful coves, small bays and coves. The integrity of its splendid sea, the main attraction for tourists, is safeguarded by the marine protected Area established in 1987.
