Spectacular Seaview Escape is the ideal villa for an unforgettable vacation in Sardinia. The independent villa offers a panoramic sea view of the Capitana coast, with modern and comfortable interiors. Outside, there is a large barbecue area, parking, and an electric car charging station. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. All the services you will need are located within a short drive. You are hereby informed that in case of improper waste management and disposal, a penalty will be applied. From late April, a private pool for moments of pure relaxation and fun, immersed in the villa’s stunning surroundings.

The villa stands in a panoramic context located a short distance from Capitana and the wonderful beaches of Southern Sardinia. The city of Cagliari is just 30 minutes away by car. Given the location of the Villa, it is necessary to have a car to move around dynamically.
