Immersa in un parco di olivastri di oltre 3.000 mq., la villa gode di una splendida vista mare. La posizione appartata e indipendente e gli ampi spazi esterni permettono di godere una vacanza in tutto relax, pur essendo a pochissimi minuti dal vicace centro di Porto Rotondo e dalle più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda. La cucina, completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, è spaziosa e dotata di un grande tavolo per mangiare. Ogni camera da letto ha un capiente armadio a muro con grucce per vestiti. La casa ha tavoli e sedie sdraio per cenare e rilassarsi all'esterno. La villa ha un grande barbecue con annesso lavandino esterno. Sono presenti due doccie esterne.
