The villa is situated in the middle of Sardinia, province of Ogliastra. Sea side of Tertenia. We rent our villa for the summer season to may till october. It is a very quiet residential area. Ideal for families with children or couples who loves quiet and relax. It is just less to 1 miles by the principal beach, with white sand and low water. The villa is composed by: - Very furnished kitchen with tv, dishwater, sofà, fridge, table and chairs. - 2 bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and one with two single beds. - Bathroom with toilette, shower, bidè, washbasin, washmachine and a small shoe rack. Outside there is a big garden with barbecue, table and chairs, swings and another shower. The Villa dist nearly 75 miles from the nearest airport (Cagliari), and less than 25 miles from the nearest port (Arbatax).
