Nearby there are splendid and easy paths for those who love walking in nature and admire the characteristic landscape between the sea and the Mediterranean scrub. Internal parking, large garden and covered panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for those seeking tranquility and privacy away from the chaos of the town.
Hi, I'm Anna, I have a degree in history and currently i m retired. I am a lover of sport, culture, nature. I like to travel and discover new places. For some years I have been dedicating myself to welcoming guests to my home, immersed in the green of nature and with a spendid seaview.
The house stands on a small hill from which it is possible to admire a magnificent landscape with the sea, the flat island and the coasts of south-western Sardinia. The property is located in Calalunga, in a quiet area surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, away from traffic and noise and only 10 minutes away from the town. In the vicinity there are numerous easy paths for those who love walking in nature. The house has a large covered terrace from which you can admire the sea and is surrounded by a large enclosed land with flowers, trees and plants and an internal parking. Suitable for those seeking tranquility and privacy between sea and nature.
